Quarterly Preventative Maintenance – Albany Senior High School

Chilled Status has successfully completed the quarterly preventative maintenance programme at Albany Senior High School. We believe that regular maintenance is a critical part of any facility management strategy, helping to minimise breakdowns and unexpected issues for our clients.

From the on-site team carrying out inspections to our office team recording and reviewing results in our digital asset management system (SimPRO), every step is carefully managed. With over 100 assets on this site, our SimPRO maintenance schedule ensures that each asset is thoroughly checked and remains compliant with the Building Warrant of Fitness requirements.

Our technicians carried out a comprehensive assessment of all HVAC assets, including:
